Barefoot Luxury on the Edge of the Pacific

Ali and Frania were incredibly kind and friendly hosts from the moment I arrived. As soon as you walk in, your jaw drops at the stunning view. It was also such a fun surprise to meet his 8 dogs and 2 cats, all of which were super friendly and adorable. You can really tell he thought of everything when creating this place. I’m usually someone who is always on the go and only uses my hotel to sleep and shower, but this stay was so peaceful and relaxing that I found myself not wanting to leave at all. The sunsets here are absolutely the highlight, truly some of the most beautiful I’ve seen. Between the pool, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe, it feels like having your own luxury private beach house. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, serene, and effortlessly beautiful, this is exactly that. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the aesthetic was thoughtfully done. Breakfast was great, and having direct beach access made it so easy to surf, take a walk, or grab food nearby. Honestly, there’s really no reason to leave once you’re here. I only wish I had stayed longer than two nights. I highly recommend this place, it was an amazing experience from start to finish.

Easily the best Air BnB stay / experience i've ever had, and I've had many. I came for a week, stayed for two and left with new friends and great memories. The location, accommodations, staff and hosts are the best! If there were 10 stars to give, they'd get them all. Enjoy your stay!

We stayed for three nights at this accommodation, which is absolutely amazing. Super comfortable, planned down to the smallest detail, and with a breathtaking view of the bay, even at sunset 😀 We felt completely at ease and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. We would definitely come back. Ali and his wife are very helpful. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the beach where you can eat well.

A quite amazing place! Great rooms with quite brilliant views over the bay; Great touches that really make a difference when staying there. Great bar with huge choice. The breakfasts are possibly the best we have had in Nicaragua. This felt a real luxury and privilege to stay there. Ali and Frania are great hosts and assist with any queries from recommendations to arranging taxis. We loved staying here.
